Our Group are very active in Negotiations and situations, which require performance and skills, such as:

  • Buyer or Seller already identified by the Client;
  • Possible Negotiation with a strategic competitor that has revealed its interest in buying or selling, and
  • Ongoing Negotiations, with possible failure risk, or
In the relationship between partners:
  • Mediation between Partners with preventive action, and
  • Mediation between Partners where the conflicts of interests take place in the day-by-day of the business, with family members or animosity between the Parties.

Planned tailor-made procedures are adopted with the Client, always in a suitable way for any risk situation, structuring our actions to “confront” possible adverse scenarios, seeking favorable and adequate results, presenting negotiated and effective, creative or already experienced solutions, since 1982 (with a portfolio of active participation in several Risk Negotiations).
